4. SMS & Telecommunications Compliance

Users must not use the platform’s SMS features for illegal spam, harassment, unsolicited mass-marketing, or any purpose that violates applicable telecommunications laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of SMS features complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and all applicable carrier guidelines and regulations.

Deal Flow AI reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in violation of telecommunications compliance requirements, without prior notice or liability. Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Deal Flow AI. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deal Flow AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
